Business Operations & Automation
You didn't start a business to spend your day buried in admin.
Client onboarding. Cancellations. Follow-ups. Documentation. Same stuff, different day. We build the automation, run it, and watch it, so you stop being the one who has to remember it needs doing.
What changes
What if your everyday processes ran up to 15 times faster?
A task that used to take 30 minutes can sometimes run in 2 once it's automated properly. We build the workflow behind what you're already doing, so the repetitive part just happens, correctly, every time, without you in the loop.
Depends on the task, your systems, how messy the process is to begin with. We'll give you a straight answer before we build anything, not a sales pitch.
A real example
1 process. 30 minutes down to 2.
Our founder built this one herself: a routine process that used to take about 30 minutes, cut down to roughly 2. We can't promise your workflow will move exactly like this one, every business is different, but it's a real number from real work, not something we made up for the website.
Before: a cancellation, handled by hand
- Find the customer in the database
- Check the account details
- Open the billing platform
- Process the authorized cancellation
- Update internal records
- Send a confirmation
- Document that it happened
After: the same cancellation, with SiloX
- You submit the request with the required details
- The approved workflow runs the steps above
- You get a status update or confirmation
Exceptions and anything needing approval get routed to a real person, never auto-completed.
How it works
We build it. We watch it. We keep it running.
We learn how your business works
A kickoff meeting covers your current workflows, your most repetitive responsibilities, and the tools you already use. We identify what's actually worth automating.
We map your processes
We document each step: what information is needed, which approvals matter, and which systems are involved.
We build your automations
We develop workflows that reproduce your approved procedures, with the right integrations and logic in place.
We test everything
Nothing goes live untested. Sensitive actions and edge cases get the right approvals built in from the start.
You submit a request
When you need a process run, you submit it through your client request system, built on Trello, with the details that workflow needs.
Your workflow runs
The approved automation handles the request. We monitor execution and exceptions within the scope of your plan.
We keep improving it
Your monthly plan includes a defined number of new workflows, so your library keeps growing alongside your business.
Your workflow library
Build it once. Run it as many times as you need.
A workflow is a documented, repeatable process we build for one specific task, say, a client cancellation. Every time you need that task done, you request it, and the workflow runs again. That's one execution. Building the workflow itself is separate from running it.
Requesting a workflow
Tell us what you need done. We'll take it from there.
Once your workflows are live, you'll have a private request board built on Trello. Need a cancellation processed? Submit the request with the required details, we validate it, and if it's approved and authorized, the workflow runs. You'll see it move from requested to in progress to complete, and you'll be notified if anything needs your attention.
You're not getting handed a toolkit to build this yourself. We run it. All you do is ask for the result.

In plain terms
What these words actually mean.
Workflow
A documented, repeatable sequence of steps built to complete one specific business task, like processing a cancellation.
Workflow library
The full set of workflows we've built and maintain for your business.
Workflow execution
One run of an existing workflow for one specific task or record.
New workflow
Designing, building, testing, and launching an additional qualifying process, separate from running an existing one.
Standard workflow
A process with a clear goal, a defined start and end, predictable inputs, and a limited number of connected systems. Something with heavy custom logic, dozens of integrations, or constant manual review gets scoped separately, never squeezed into a standard slot.
Getting started
Tell us how your business works. We'll handle the rest.
Every plan starts with one structured kickoff meeting. We talk through your systems, your most repetitive responsibilities, which approvals matter, and where your records live. You won't be asked to write a technical spec, that's our job.
For account access, we use delegated, revocable permissions wherever a platform supports it, never your personal password sent over email or a web form. You'll always know exactly what we can see and touch.
