[Needs confirmation] Here's a starting point: full refund if you cancel before we've started creative direction, a partial refund based on what's actually been built if you cancel mid-project, and no refund once the site's live. Giselle still needs to set the real numbers and windows here.
Business Operations & Automation
[Needs confirmation] Onboarding fees probably aren't refundable once we've started discovery, that work happens right away. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled, but it'll take effect the following billing cycle, no refunds for the days already used. This still needs a final sign-off before it's real.
