Subscription Billing Terms

How monthly billing works.

What you're agreeing to

Confirming your monthly plan means you're letting us charge the card on file once a month, at your plan's price, until you cancel. The onboarding fee is separate, a one-time charge you pay when you enroll, not part of the monthly subscription.

When you get charged

Your first charge happens the moment you confirm your subscription on the enrollment page. Every charge after that lands on the same date each month. [Needs confirmation: what happens with proration if you enroll mid-month.]

Taxes

If sales tax applies, Stripe calculates it and shows it to you at checkout before you pay anything.

Cancellation

[Needs confirmation] Email contact@silo-x.co to cancel. It takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, we don't refund the unused part of a month. More on that in our refund policy.
